All in all, Macau was pretty awesome.
Here are a couple of little tips though:
1. Look rich. I know it's pretty sad but people who look richer get better service in Macau.
2. The Galaxy. If it's your first time, stay at The Galaxy. We got around by taxi most of the time but the few times we took their free shuttles we noticed that The Galaxy has the best free shuttle service. They have shuttles that can take you all over the island to places like the Old Taipa Village, other hotels (Venetian, City of Dreams), Fisherman's Wharf, and etc + its a really fast wait so it's ok if you miss one.
3. The House of Dancing Water. One of the best shows I've ever seen. A MUST if you ever go to Macau: The House of Dancing Water
4. No 3D Water Show. Do NOT go to the 3D Water Show. It sucks and it gives you a headache.
5. No taxis.Unless you want to feel like your in a F1 race car DURING a race, don't take taxis. All the drivers are like race car driver wannabes. They run red lights and go WAY past the speeding limit.
6. No City of Dreams. I don't whether it's because it's still under construction or something but the City of Dreams sucks. We kept getting lost because its floor plan was so complicated and then when we asked for directions, the people who worked there didn't know how to explain to us where stuff was and yeah, it was kind of annoying.
7. Old Taipa Village. The Old Taipa Village is also a MUST :] It has this awesome little Portuguese restaurant and yeah + if you keep walking down, near the end of the street, make a right and you'll see this cute little store that sells a lot of American/European brand name things for a super cheap price <3
8. Not Vegan Friendly. Yeah, Macauian (??) food isn't very vegan friendly so vegans beware! :]
and last but most DEF not least:
movie rec. of the month:
Dinner For Schmucks
It was super funny + had 2 actors that I absolutely ADORE
Paul Rudd and Steve Carell
In Time
This is officially one of the best movies I've ever watched. I'm serious. Check my Facebook. It's at the top of my list next to Taken, and Letters to God. I saw it twice and cried both times.
